Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing and delivery time
Orders ship within 5–7 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Carrier transit time is additional and typically runs 2–7 business days depending on your location.
Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day. During product launches, promotions, and peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer — we will note any known delays at checkout.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order. The exact amount is shown before you complete your purchase.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility. Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to become active with the carrier.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, email hello@airepouches.com immediately — we can usually correct it if the order has not yet shipped.
Undeliverable and returned packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the error was ours.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated in 7 business days, or if tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, contact us at hello@airepouches.com within 14 days of the marked delivery date. We will open a claim with the carrier and make it right.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, email hello@airepouches.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
Storage note
Store your pouches in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. In extreme summer heat, consider having your order delivered somewhere it will not sit outside for long.
