Orders and shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Handling time: 7–10 business days
  • Transit time: 5–7 business days
  • Total: most orders arrive about 12–17 business days after they are placed

Shipping is free on orders over $50. Orders under $50 are charged a rate calculated at checkout.

Because Aire is a consumable wellness product, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or a full refund. Full details: Shipping & Returns.
